1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
- In case of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer. Customers will be informed accordingly.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on:
- Customer location
- Courier partner availability
- Weather conditions, strikes, or regional restrictions
Koshedits is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners once the order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
- Any promotional free-shipping offers will be communicated on the website or during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
6. Address Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
- Koshedits will not be liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Any re-shipping costs due to address errors will be borne by the customer.
7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unavailability of the recipient
- Refusal to accept the package
The courier may attempt re-delivery or return the package to us. Additional charges, if any, will be communicated to the customer.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and take appropriate action as per investigation results.
