Yes. Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans across India. Minor variations in colour, weave, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles and are part of their uniqueness, not defects.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered. The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or video. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Exchanges are offered only for verified defects or incorrect deliveries and are subject to availability.
Refunds, where approved, are issued as store credit only, valid for 12 months. Cash refunds are not offered except where required by law.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 7 hours of placement. Once an order enters production or dispatch, cancellation is not permitted, as many of our products are made-to-order.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on artisan production cycles, location, or unforeseen delays. While we strive to deliver on time, delays caused by courier partners or external factors are beyond our control.
