At Kosh, every saree is a celebration of fine craftsmanship and thoughtful detailing. In keeping with the exclusivity of our creations, returns are accepted only in the rare event of a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item being delivered.
Any concern must be intimated within 48 hours of receipt, supported by clear images or video.
The saree must remain unused, unwashed, and be returned with all original tags, folds, and packaging intact.
As each piece is handcrafted, natural variations in weave, texture, or colour are intrinsic to the art and do not constitute defects.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Returns for reasons other than defects are not entertained.

Exchange Policy
At Kosh, each creation is thoughtfully curated and produced in limited quantities. Exchanges are offered only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect item delivery.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear visual evidence.
The saree must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, folds, and packaging intact.
Exchanges are subject to availability of the same or equivalent product.
Handcrafted variations in weave, texture, or colour are natural characteristics and are not eligible for exchange.
In cases where an exchange is not feasible, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Refund Policy
At Kosh, we value transparency and trust.
Refunds are processed only for verified cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries.
Once the returned product is received and quality-checked, an approved refund will be issued as store credit.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be redeemed across our collections.
Cash refunds or payment reversals are not offered, except where mandated by law or in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Refund processing timelines may vary and will be communicated upon approval.
Notes
Minor color or print differences are not considered defects and are usually not valid reasons for return.
The brand reserves the right to make the final decision on return /exchange /refund eligibility.
Each order can be returned or exchanged only once.
